The newly revised Anti-Money Laundering Law of the People's Republic of China will come into force on January 1, 2025. Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Criminal Cases of Laundering", deepening the three-year action to crack down on money laundering violations and crimes, punishing money laundering and related crimes in accordance with the law, and enhancing the ability to combat the use of new technologies, new products, and new businesses such as virtual money to commit money laundering crimes, and forming a joint force to crack down.
